First off, I'd like to welcome you to my training site, and thank you for taking time out of your day to swing by. I am a former college and life long athlete who fell in love with Health and Wellness. It amazes me day in and day out what the body is capable of. Growing up with a very thin slender build, I felt it was impossible to gain weight or muscle. Nothing would work.... I would forever be the "Skinny Kid". After a few years in school I joined the USAF and continued training, staying fit and active. However, my body didn't look the way I wanted it to and I soon became fed up with the nonsense of never being able to gain muscle or any weight. So I began searching for knowledge from Bodybuilders, Cross-fitters, Nutritionists and others all around the fitness community. The best way to find the answers were through research and school. So I began studying Anatomy, Kinesiology and Diet Nutrition. That led me to my decision to become a Personal Trainer. I wanted to help others reach there goals, and share all of the knowledge that I've gained throughout my years of constant frustration. Helping people understand the importance and significance of living a healthier longer life is what I strive for. It is my passion!!
